Liability:
Ad Viralizer accepts no liability whatsoever for any financial or personal damage that might occur as a result of using our service.

Receiving Email:
In exchange for using Ad Viralizer, you agree to receive periodic updates from us and your referrer, general news and announcements about Ad Viralizer and supporting services, no more than 6 times a week. Due to this explicit agreement, any spam complaint made by you as a result of these mailings are completely null and void. If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you may log into your Ad Viralizer account and uncheck the "Receive Messages From Admin." box.

Disclaimer:
You understand that any projections made by Ad Viralizer, represent only potential results and DO NOT guarantee what you may personally experience. The number of hits to your web site will vary depending on how many people sign up under your account and of the efforts in your traffic building organization.

Refunds:
Refunds are provided only if the number of purchased exposures was not completely used and are prorated - we refund only the unused part.

Spam or U.C.E.
You agree not to engage in any spam activity. Sending U.C.E. (unsolicited commercial e-mail) is strictly forbidden. If there is sufficient proof of a spam complaint made against you, we will terminate your account and further ban you from using Ad Viralizer.

Account Termination:
Ad Viralizer reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate any account for spam, abuse of services, fraud, illegal content or any other activity which we feel undermines the reputation, fair use, and proper function of Ad Viralizer.

Account Rejection:
Ad Viralizer may at any time refuse to include or reject any user in the network that is found to be inappropriate, based solely on Ad Viralizer's discretion. We DO NOT accept any web site which has pornography, hateful or illegal content and/or activities.

Changes To Our Terms Of Service:
Ad Viralizer reserves the right to change these terms at any time. You must comply with any new changes to these terms within 7 days of their posting on our web site.
